Met up with Wei Hoe, Candy, Idris and Kok Ming to jam. Candy accompanied Wei Hoe.
It's been at least 2 months since we last jammed!!!
Tried out 'Seduction' first. Not bad, manage to play it decently...
Then played 'Candles', 'Save You', and some other old songs...
VERY FUN!!!
Overall we played 'Seduction' for at least 3 times!!!
HAHA!
OH YEA!!! We played our original too.
It was good! Had fun playing it...
Hope to share it with everyone 1 day.

So, tmr will be the start of a new week... which means SCHOOL!!!
BORING!!!
I really wish school would just stop... LET US HAVE MORE FUN!!!
I wanna be the Prime Minister!!! So I can stop school from functioning!!! haha.

MOM'S BDAY!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Nisa, Idris and Kok Ming came over to my house to practice for an upcoming performance... Did 2 videos recording to sent to my aunt.
Practice and had fun doing the videos...
Funny moments too... HAHA!
After recording, we went to KFC and get a family feast for the 4 of us.
Nisa helped to choose a bag for my mom whereas Kok and Idris went to get drinks. THANKS! She loves it. :D

Went back to my house to eat. Nisa wanted to catch a soccer match...
I think it's fun eating together with friends at home.

Played afew rounds of 'Bluff'... then they went home. I think we should do this more often. YEA!

I guess I wasn't feeling quite good too on the night itself.
Feel like writing a song to express myself... rather than impressing others. ( Nisa, this sounds familiar yea? LOL! )
Somehow, I feel that I'm contradicting myself...

" I close my eyes, and all I see is you. I close my eyes, I try to sleep, I can't forget you. " ..... It really happened when I was going to sleep!!! I couldn't get to sleep, and all I keep thinking was you.

So today's Saturday, had a good dream.
I dreamt that I went to Canada to visit my cousins!!! :D
We were in a coach to somewhere...
It seems so REAL.
But the wierd thing is, I did not bring my white jacket. LOL! I brought thin clothings somehow when it was snowing... LOL!
I really miss you guys SO MUCH!!!

Everytime when I look at the photos of the both of you, my heart turns soft... feel like crying... MISS YOU BOTH SO MUCH!!!!

How I wish Canada and Singapore was just next to each other like Singapore and Malaysia.

Right now I'm having this plan in my mind... Should the 4 of us go to Canada together? :D

On Tuesday, went to watch Idris' sis, Zara's SYF with Nisa, Kok and Idris.
His sister can dance man!!! So soft!!!
After the 3rd dance which was Zara's dance, we went off. HAHA!!! Support Zara only.
Then went to Long John Silver at Clark Quay to eat.
Btw, NUS is FREAKING BIGGGGG!!! Quite hard to maneuver about in there.
Had Long John Silver, then later walked around at Clarke Quay. Took some photos...
Then around 7plus walked to Esplande... Took some photos too... JUMPSHOTS.

We watched "Detroit Metal City"
Good, funny and hilarious show!
It talks about this pop guy who was forcefully sign on to a death metal band. lol!
He has 2 sides... everyday was a poppish day for him, but when it was time to play a show, death metal came. haha! It's very funny.

After the show, went to tampines mart to play L4D!!! WOHOOO!!!
Very funny and fun!
Idris first time playing and he wanted to play again...
This sunday we're going to play again. :D
It's very fun for the 4 of us to hang out together as a band... WE SHOULD DO THIS MORE OFTEN. :D

THE SADDEST DAY IN MY LIFE SO FAR.

Today is the saddest day in my life so far.
My cousins left for Hong Kong.

Met Yiyi and family around 8plus in the airport.
Waited for them to check in their lagguage before heading to the canteen to have their breakfast.
After eating, we left to the departure hall
Took some last photos before Yiyi and family left.

Time to go in... :(
Everyone started hugging Yiyi and family.
I went to hug and kiss both Joelle and Clara.
The feeling was unbearable. I couldn't bear to leave them. I really hope you guys could still be in Singapore. I want to see you both lovely girls everyday!!! I really miss you two!!!

Uncle Derek came to hug me. I went to hug Yiyi. She was crying. She mad me want to cry too. I believe everyone was sad and didn't want to leave one another.
Well I know I was very very sad.
Everytime when i think of both Joelle and Clara, my heart would ache so badly because I miss you both!!!

Went home was abit down...
Spent time writing a song about both Joelle and Clara, how I miss them and the times we spent together when you were in Singapore.
I hope to share it with you guys one day! :D
As i was writing the bridge of the song, tears just filled my eyes. My heart started beating faster and I started crying. I think the 2 of you really meant alot to me.

Went Audrey's house in the morning to company Joelle and Clara because they're going to Hong Kong tmr, can't bear to leave them so i had to visit and play with them. But i was kinda tired. SORRY! But still talked and played with them.
Clara and I drew 2 pictures together. A Christmas tree ( HAHA! ), and a guy who kinda look like an elf ( It's supposed to be a drawing game. :D ).

So later met Idris and went home to take our guitar and stuffs and head to Wei Hoe house to meet Kok Ming, knowing that Wei Hoe was not at home. LOL! He was at Marine Parade with Candy. So, he came back. PS! There was a misunderstanding.
Funny things happened before going Wei Hoe house. Idris and I were so tired that we wanted to put our guitars and stufs down at Wei Hoe down. So we got to a block, until we reached 11 floor that we realised that IT WAS THE WRONG BLOCK!!! HAHAHA!
So this time we went to the correct block, met up Kok Ming.
Talk crap and funny things as usual. HAHA!

Wei Hoe came back, went up and add in drums, guitar and bass parts in a song which Kok Ming, Idris and I wrote. We had fun experimenting different kind of speed for the song.
Next, played some cover songs: Burnin' Up ( Jonas Brothers )
I'm Yours ( JAson Mraz )...
and some A7X and Dragonforce songs! LOL! Dragonforce... HAHA.
Wei Hoe's dad got a new HI-FI set. 800 WATTS!!!! TAT's MEGA POWERFUL!!! IMAGINE!!!
Good sound too!
So my bass was very loud, better than before.
After jamming and stuff, time to pack up. Then Idris said: "PARTY TIME!!!" He plugged in his handphone to the HI-FI set. RnB, Jumpstyle, Reggae and DJMax songs came out. So we danced to the music and joke and had fun! VERY FUNNY!!! ( THAT'S WHAT WE USUALLY DO... FUNNY AND LAME STUFFS. LOL!

So Idris, Kok Ming and I went to a food court near Tampines Mall and had dinner. Carrot cake was no good at there. Made me had a little indigestion.
After that headed to Tampines Mall, went to Toys'R'Us. Looked and played with some toys.
Head over to the open area after that and we 3 lay down at the slide. Just nice it was in threes, so we three had a slide to lie on.
Talked about the chalet/bbq which we planned but nothing seems to be happening. LOL!
Talked about prices in Singapore going up, WAY UP!
Talked about what we wanna be when we grow up, thinking that in the end we wanna be like musicians in a band.

SINGAPORE!!! OPEN UP FOR SINGAPORE BANDS PLEASE!!! LET US HAVE OPPORTUNITIES TO PERFORM IN FESTIVALS AND GIGS IN SINGAPORE FOR FREE FIRST!!! TO EXPOSE LOCAL MUSIC!!!
* Working is not all about how much money u earn and stuffs, but about the interest and passion about it. Same goes for going to a Poly or University * Thats what we derived.

After that, head home.

TOMORROW IS GONNA BE A SAD DAY FOR ME, BECAUSE MY 2 LOVELY COUSINS FROM CANADA ARE LEAVING SINGAPORE!!!

Went to have a haircut in loyang point in the morning...
I nt sure y, but i asked the hairdresser to cut my fringe, or is it that i was lazy to tell her not to cut it. AND NOW! it's like up to below-my-ear length! wah!!! this is no good! it was supposedly to be below-my-chin length! imagine tat amount!

So went home after that.
Halfway through the journey home, my mom texted me telling me that we were going to Bedok for dinner!!! WOOHOOO!!!! THIS MEANS GETTING TO MEET, CHAT AND PLAY WITH MY COUSINS!
I was so happy!

So got home, bathed and played a little of the facebook games.

Head out to Bedok to meet Uncle Derek and family. They went to buy some food.
Later went swimming at Bedok swimming complex. It was full of kids in the 'teen' pool as they had swimming lessons.
So Joelle, Clara, Uncle Derek and I went to the kiddy pool first. The whole pool was quite empty besides the kids 'learning' to swim. More like they were having fun instead.

Went back to PoPo house for dinner.
After that I gave Joelle and Clara their gifts and cards which i bought and made for them.
They liked it. Tat's GREAT! :D
Played some card games after that...
And time to go home.

Alright... Will be heading to Audrey's house to company both Joelle and Clara.

Had lots of fun during these 3 days with Yiyi family and my family.

YIYI AND FAMILY OVER AT MY HOUSE FOR DINNER

Yesterday, Tuesday, Yiyi and family came over to my place for dinner. :D
WOOHOO!!! GET TO SEE THEM AGAIN. :D
They went to Jurong area to had a buffet lunch then went to Mustafa and Little India to shop before coming over.

At first, there was awkwardness and moments of silence with our 2 lovely cousins... after dinner it all went better, started to talk and play games today.
I learnt that they have Hip-hop lessons as a subject in their school at Canada.
How cool is that?!
So Clara showed some moves she learnt. HAHA! She's SO cute and adorable when she dances. Innocent, cute, adorable and 'feel like hugging her all day long'... that's how i describe my lovely cousin.
Joelle joined in the fun.

Sometimes it's just feels good to listen them speak... in their slang and cuteness.

So had dinner... some local food prepared by my mom. Roasted duck bought near Eunos there, baked salmon, cabbage, chicken nuggets. Then had fruit salad after the meal.
Quite filling though.

After that went to play with Joelle and Clara. Played UNO, pickup sticks, and slapjack.
HAHAHA!!! Clara always 'cheats' her way in UNO. LOL!
Pickup sticks was fun... Clara's very good at it. Always going for the hard ones and she manage to pickup sticks.
Then started stacking the sticks in almost impossible way to get them out... and we started to pick them up... but most of the time failed.
Just learnt slapjack yesterday, quite a fun game... I'm quite lag at this game abit. HAHA!

Talent Time!!!
Clara, Joelle, Aaron and I displayed what we know about musical instruments and started playing our own pieces of music...
3 of them plays piano!!! And me on the bass guitar.
Clara and Joelle played a duet together. VERY NICE! But Clara was abit lag. haha!
Aaron played a piece which he's gonna play for a concert next week.
I played 'Save You' on the bass...

Around 10 plus, they went off. They were so tired having to walk almost the whole day.
I MISS THEM ALREADY!!! I hope we could like stay together forever. :D

RELATIVES FROM CANADA!!!

My relatives from Canada arrived at Singapore on Saturday!!!
I'm stoked!!! FINALLY get to see them again after 4 yrs, i think.
MISS THEM SO MUCH, ESPECIALLY MY 2 LOVELY COUSINS!!!

So on Sunday, we had a 'reunion' dinner... yea can count it as a reunion dinner after so long... but Aaron was not there as he had a concert.
Food was great, company with cousins, uncles, aunties, grandparents and parents were great too!

CLARA!!! U HAVE GROWN SO MUCH!!! HAHA!!!
Yea... I think both you and Joelle can't remember me from 5 yrs back. HAHA.
I still remember the times we had together when we went over to Canada.
SO MUCH FUN!!!

So, this coming Friday we'll be going to Malacca with you guys!!!
CAN'T WAIT!!! EXCITED!!!
Hope we'll get to talk more and have lots of fun together!!!

3rd March... went to watch Live N Loaded EP 6.
Planned to mosh and bodysurf...
BUT!!! During the 'warm up' song by West Grand Boulevard, alrdy moshing... tat's still ok...
The pissing thing is tat, my right lens of my specs came out while moshing!!!
Khairudin specs also broke... HAHA!

SHIT MAN! Can only see with 1 side of my specs AND IT'S DAM PAINFUL AND QUITE BORING as i couldn't see clearly... Imagine looking at a stage with 800+ degress and 0degrees on each eyes. LOL.
But overall, the line ups were DAM GOOD!!!
Alright, will be going for EP 8... YES!!! hopefully nothng goes wrong this time...

Last Thursday (12th feb) : Went DTE to find Idris and Hafiz to study.

Friday (13th feb) : Went DTE to study again... BUT Hafiz pang seh... So went to penin with Idris to get some stuff... then head down back to Simei Starbucks to study for like 3 hours...

Saturday (Valentine's Day) : Went to Simei Starbucks to study again with Idris. LOL! No date uh.

Sunday : Went to Starbucks to study again.

Monday (yesterday) : Went DTE to study with Idris.

Tuesday (today) : Went jamming... then Idris came my house awhile to practice... then later went Starbucks to study again...

Met up with Kok Ming and Idris at kfc... went banquet... then head down to starbucks and waited for Wei Hoe.
Jam at around 5plus for 2 hours... Ok... we're trying to practice... But I think we can do better. Be more energetic, don't so dead. 3 MORE WEEKS TO THE GIG!
PRACTICE HARDER GUYS! WE CAN DO IT! DUN GIVE UP!
After jamming, Kok went school to do his school stuff... duno wat modani...
Idris, Wei Hoe and i slacked below my block and played some cover songs, acoustic...
Around 9 plus, Wei Hoe left...

Left both Idris and I. We both played and recorded quite a number of cover songs, acoustically. And the best we've done is 'Face Down'.
After numerous attempts and recording and practice, we finally sang, played and recorded a decent one.
We really liked the recorded version.
Around 11plus went home.

Exams coming up in 3 weeks time also... SIAN!!!
Gig also coming up...
WE NEED TO HAVE AN ORIGINAL... COME UP WITH IT SOON! LET'S SIT AND WRITE TOGETHER! :D

AFTER A WEEK AND A HALF...

Have not been updating lately... Ok lah Din, update alrdy... Lazy ah.
Last week nothing much happened... But i saw this: ( CLICK TO ENLARGE )

GUESS WHAT IT IS AND TAG ME.

Last Saturday and Sunday, went to both my grandparents house for reunion dinner. The food is the best, and as usual played card games...

Monday was CNY ( Chu Yi ). Headed to boh my grandparents house again to 'bai nian'. Around 3plus went home to change into something lighter, then met up with my father side relatives at Sentosa.
Go sentosa = Visiting 'India's Sentosa'... Cos almost 75% are all Indians + Bangladeshissssss... LOLS!
Stayed about 1hour plus cos Sentosa was dam crowded that we can't see the flower exhibition. Then went to Kallang mac and had dinner, and went back to our grandma's house play cards again...

Tuesday ( Chu Er ), went to my Dad's uncle house to 'bai nian'. Besides visiting their house, there will be prawn noodles every year!!! My dad's uncle can cook dam well!!! Especially prawn noodles. The soup is the best. A serving is never enough, trust me...
Then around 1plus went to Uncle Andy's house to visit... Caught up with Keith and then watch 'Star Wars Clone Wars' and played abit of Call Of Duty. DAM FUN!!! IT'S LIKE GOING BACK IN TIME DURING WORLD WAR 2.
Around 5 we left, Very tired alrdy, so went home to sleep.
I MISSED LIVE N' LOADED! Sian... 1st episode sia!!!

Went penin, and far east to shop for CNY clothings with Idris and Kok Ming...
In the end only get a pink polo-tee and a beanie... wanted to get a jeans and shirt but couldn't find a suitable one for me...

Later went to youth park to watch a gig...
Walked to skate park, and found out both Idris and I went the wrong place... so headed to youth park to find Din and Hafiz...
We missed A Vacant Affair and Allura slot ( wasted ), but manage to catch Vertical Rush, Astro Ninja, and Plainsunset.
Plainsunset was the shiokest!!! All their songs punk to the max!!! The mosh pits were nuts!!!

Then after that, head home...

Went to Hougang to slack with Naku, Jeff, Jeremy, and Travis...
Talked until about 6 plus then we go off...
Actually i was supposed to take bus 43 with Travis to Paya Lebar, but bus 88 came first, so board it to Pasir Ris...
Then after like 15-20mins, i realize something was not right... Y the trip take so long to Pasir Ris one? Then i don't care, continue the journey...
Then i saw Ang mo Kio, getting wierd... Then saw Upp Serangoon... getting wierder...
Then saw Bradell... super wierd alrdy... knew something was wrong. THEN TOA PAYOH!!!... GG! lols...
So i msged Jeremy asked him whether correct way not... Then he tell me wrong way!
Wah! sian lor! Then took train from Toa Payoh all the way to Simei... lol...

School's been boring so far... don't feel like going...

Went dte with Idris, Kok Ming, Hafiz, Din, Kok Hao, and Mustaqim.
The queue super long, but quite fast to pass through the security...
The party was mostly chinese line-ups... hahaha... only a band played some english songs... but everyone sat down... lol...
The party i could say was not so fun, and the dance songs were common that it was quite boring...

Went to jam for 2hrs at simei.
Kok and Idris met up with me at my house, then later go meet Wei Hoe.
Jam for 2 hours... Very FUN!!! Especialy 'Until The Day I Die'.
Play halfway, the bass guitar 1st string broke!!! 1st string sia!!! tats the thickest!!!
Continue jam lor after chnging the string.
Let's play more new songs! :D
Then after that went to mr bean to get some things to eat, chatted awhile with Idris and Wei Hoe.
Now, at home... feeling tired abit, duno y.

Went to century square to watch Twilght with Atikah and Kok Ming yesterday.
The show was GREAT! VAMPIRES ARE COOL! VEGETERIAN VAMPIRES...
STRENGTH, SPEED, AND COLD SKINNED.

Today went to the sims drive with Kok to get his Ibanez guitar from Swee Lee sales.
Queued for about 1.5 hrs. then later take a look at alot of stuff and then waited for about 30-45 mins to pay for the guitar and stuffs.
Swee Lee NO BASS GUITAR AT ALL!!!! SO FEW!!!
I tink i need find other bass guitars shops and i wanna get 1 more bass soon!!! Fender!!!

Yesterday, went to have a 'reunion jam'.
Kok and Idris came my house to practice abit.
After went to meet Yu shan and Rachel Leong... Leong was late...
Jam awhile, then went to fetch Leong.
Wah! Just realise we're getting rusty together as a band.

What we played yesterday were not our usual standard, need practice more.
I really hope we can play more pop-punk/ punk/ energetic type of songs instead of screamos.
Music is really not about how fast you play, how many notes u play but rather about the music. Even strumming is nice, can move along to it.

I also just realised that it's childish listening to just 1 or 2 types of genre... We need to listen to other genre to grow individually as a musician. I admit, I was once like this before, and I'm more open to other genre besides punk/pop-punk/rock now...
Even Matt Shadows from A7X said that too. He used to be childish too, listening to only certain genres. Surprisingly they played a 'Panic At The Disco' cover...

After that, went to Starbucks to chat and drink.
Talked about secondary school teachers... made fun of them.
Cracked some lame/ funny jokes...
Rachel Leong... LOL... alot of things to say and she really dislikes some people...
Around 10 like that went off.

Have not been updating for so long...
Had Engine Idol '08 concert/competition on 22nd Oct.
Sound system sucked... Monitors were like not workng at all...
In the end we got 5th place out of 5 bands... LOL.
NVM!!! Good try Fate Fell Short. We just started, so it's not so bad. At least we made it through the finals...

Alright, so next stop is A7X concert on the 24th of October...
Their set was good! But sad thing, i can't see clearly, cause so many people were dam tall! So had to jump about. Had fun there, mosh abit...

The opening band played at 8, and most of us were let in around 815!!! So alot of us were pissed!!!

WILD WILD WET

Thursday, went gym with Wei Hoe around 1030 until 1215.
Then went to DTE to have lunch...
Waited for Idris and Hafiz to come meet us...
Then go Wild Wild Wet...
At first like excited, but after playing for quite awhile, started to get bored.
So we went to the 'Shiok River' first...
Quite fun...
Then later to the 'Wave pool'... 1st time still ok... 2nd time we all started to get abit dizzy after awhile.
Next went to play some slides...
We screamed our heads off with a caucasian guy and his son.
Before we even went down the slide, all 4 of us were already screaming... haha very fun...
Next went to sit the U-shaped slide...
Our heart is like almost at our mouth sia... like roller coaster, but a mini one...
Then played for awhile more before we went off.
Very fun...
Still got 11 more free WWW tickets with Idris... Dunno how he will use them.

Had a class chalet with my poly classmates from monday to wednesday.
First day, played card games and drink only...

Second day, woke up went swimming with Hoe Kin and Lawrence. We dragged down Jeremy too. Then we wrestled in the pool... LOL, very funny and fun.
Later went to dte BK then saw Yu Shan.
After that went to Giant to buy food for the bbq.
Lawrence drove me there with his bike. Wah, dam shiok.
At first abit scared, but then later started to enjoy it.
I was the chef for the night. haha...
Cooked all the food... Then Jeremy and Wilson came and helped out.
We drank abit that night...Drink awhile, some of us slept, includin me. By then, i was dam tired alrdy.

Third day, which is today, went to central kopitiam to had brunch.
Now at home.

Went to meet Logen and 'gang' to go Sentosa.
We played volleyball.
Quite fun and I think all of us are improving...
I first time play, and i think i did quite ok, except that I need more aiming on the correct part of my hand...
Left around 4pm, rushed home to changed n get ready to go E-hub.
Went to E-hub with 4E2 '07.
Wanted to bowl, and watch movie... but end up playing arcade.
Played Daytona, until went crazy, especially Idris... Dam fun ah.
I had to go off early as i was sooo tired...
Morning, under the hot sun for so long, then later go E-hub, so it's dam tiring... yea...

Later went to Katong to play pool... We had a great time there...
Logen introduced me a 3player game of pool... quite interesting and very fun...

Went to eat Katong Laksa for diner... Quite nice...

Today went skating with Brian and some of his skater friends...
First day of skating, quite tough, but willing to learn...
I really need to overcome my fear of falling, and to be more confident when skating.
So today for 2-3hours, I just learnt to balance and skate with the board.
I'm a goofy... which are rare( I think ).
Then went for dinner with my grandma as my parents are overseas.
:D wooohooo!!!
But still sian, 2days been at home, which is very boring... Need go out!!!

Went to Sentosa with Jian Sheng, Sue, Wilson, Wei Hao, Hoe Kin and Jeremy...
We had alot of fun there... played beach soccer which was dam tiring...
Went to the sea next to cool ourselves down...
Then Jeremy saw 2 small fishes, so he decided to catch... Hoe Kin and I helped.
Manage to catch 1 fish. Then as i was trying to get the caught fish into the plastic bag, suddenly a big fish jumped towards me...
Then i freaked out and scream and ran out of the water as fast as i could.
After that all tired le, then went to Vivo to eat.
Now very tired... Legs are aching...

Went bowling, Ros came with us too for the first time.
After that, Ros and Zul went home. Left Naku, Jeff, Bryan, Jeremy, Travis and I.
So went to play Counter Strike.
LOLS! Funny like what sia!
The best map was 'mansion'.
We had 2 killers on 1 team, trying to kill the opposing team with only knife. And the opposing team could only run and not shoot. Dam funny ah, chase here and there. Then buay tahan, shoot each other instead of knifing. LOL.
Can heart attack sia.

During break, went to library.
Wanted to do some stuffs for APEL.
But instead we went there play cards.

Then 2nd diagram to draw. The whole class think like mad, but still cannot figure how to draw.
Then in the end, that engine drawing teacher of ours went in front to teach.

He say easy, then he started teaching us.
Ass sia, in the end it was so easy. Teach us earlier lah, make us think so hard. Lol.
But Jeremy, steady ah, we both completed the drawings. HAHA.
